Adult unisex t-shirts - Order the size you would typically wear in a standard, normal fitting t-shirt. For best long-lasting results wash them inside out with cold water on a delicate cycle. We recommend waiting 48 hours before washing. We recommend hanging to dry in the shade and avoiding the machine dryer. If you machine dry them, tumble dry on low. Don't iron over the design, turn the garment from inside out instead.
